Exchanges and Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns and Exchanges
Timeframe: You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.
Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer support team. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.


Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 28 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Sale items are typically not eligible for return or exchange.

Receiving a refund

We accept debit/credit cards and Paypal as methods of payment. All orders must be prepaid via debit/credit cards and Paypal. The prices of items on our site are subject to change. Transactions are handled by leading European Payment Service providers such as Realex, Stipe or Paypal and encrypted by 256-bit SSL Encryption. This ensures that all payments are 100% secure.

Repeated returns not in compliance with the Return Policy

Definition of Repeated Returns:

Repeated returns are defined as multiple returns within a specific timeframe (e.g., 30 days) that do not meet the criteria outlined in our Return Policy.
Examples of non-compliant returns include:
Items returned in a damaged or used condition
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Returns that exceed the specified return window
Consequences of Repeated Non-Compliant Returns:

Account Review: We may review the customer's account and identify a pattern of non-compliant returns.
Future Return Restrictions: In cases of repeated non-compliant returns, we may impose restrictions on future returns, including:
Limiting the number of returns allowed within a specific timeframe
Requiring pre-authorization for returns
Charging a restocking fee for non-compliant returns
Suspending the customer's account temporarily or permanently


Communication with the Customer:

If a customer's return is deemed non-compliant, we will communicate with them promptly to explain the reasons for the decision and any potential consequences.
We will provide clear guidelines on how to return items correctly to avoid future issues.


Exception Handling:

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider waiving the consequences of repeated non-compliant returns. These exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require additional documentation or verification.
